JM Consultants specialist lifting teams come from a wide range of lifting backgrounds, such as working with tower cranes, mobile cranes and crawler cranes. Others come from plant movement, mechanical and electrical. This breadth of experience means we are well placed to cover all areas of lifting on a project from beginning to final stage fit out. All of our teams are CPCS qualified.

During the compilation of a plan we examine foreseeable risks, requirements of health and safety personnel and factors that could arise at any time during the course of the equipment being used.
AUDITING SERVICES
Our experienced Appointed Persons can audit any project where lifting operations are being carried out. This gives you an independent, third-party assessment of the lifting standards on your site. The report issued to you will include a check of all documentation that is in place for the lifting equipment being used, including Cranes, MEWPS, Telehandlers and Hoists. Thorough Examinations, Maintenance and Daily / Weekly Checks. Activities out on site are also monitored, giving you transparency from both a practical and clerical point of view.
The audit also details any findings and recommendations, some will include time scales for close out depending on the severity. You will be given access to our system to enable you to close these out yourself, although we are always at hand to assist.
